Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing Serenité Salon. To ensure a smooth experience for all guests, please review our booking policies before scheduling an appointment. Booking Appointments Appointments may be booked online, by phone, or in person. Certain services may require a deposit to secure your reservation. Deposits Deposits are applied toward your service total and are non-refundable. Deposits may be transferred one time when appointments are rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Arrival Policy Please arrive on time for your appointment. Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to shorten, reschedule, or forfeit their appointment to avoid disrupting the salon schedule. Cancellations & Rescheduling We require at least 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or changes. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged up to 50% of the scheduled service amount. No-Shows Clients who miss an appointment without notice may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service amount and may be required to pay a deposit before booking future appointments. Specialty Services Scalp Reset, Japanese Head Spa, Luxe Therapy, Elite Ritual, facials, and other extended services may require a deposit and are subject to the same cancellation and no-show policies. Service Adjustments If you have concerns regarding your service, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment. We will review the situation and work toward an appropriate resolution. Refunds are not provided for completed services. Children & Guests For the comfort and safety of all guests, only clients receiving services should attend appointments unless prior arrangements have been made. Right to Refuse Service Serenité Salon reserves the right to refuse service to anyone displaying inappropriate, disruptive, abusive, or unsafe behavior. Agreement By booking an appointment with Serenité Salon, you acknowledge and agree to this Booking & Cancellation Policy. Recommendations Set a 50% deposit requirement for Scalp Reset, Japanese Head Spa, Luxe Therapy, Elite Ritual, and facial services.
